1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the bdgl platform ("Site", "Platform") and the user ("you", "Member"). This site is operated by bdgl and is presented for entertainment purposes only.

By accessing or using the platform, you become bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using this site.

1.2 Definitions

• "Platform" — The bdgl website and all its services and content.
• "Member" — Any person who has created an account on bdgl and is using the services.
• "Account" — The personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Taka" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) — the platform's sole transaction currency.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional money granted as a promotional offer, withdrawable subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered in order to withdraw winnings earned from bonus funds.

1.3 Applicable Law

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the bdgl platform. Use of this site by minors is strictly prohibited. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

2.2 Account Rules

• Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited.

bdgl reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or similar government-issued document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods are accepted for transactions on the bdgl platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet service.
• Nagad — The mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — The UCB Bank-backed mobile payment service.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Once a deposit is processed successfully, it is generally credited to the account instantly. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the individual limit of the relevant payment method.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• For large withdrawals, additional verification may be required if identity verification has not been completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdgl offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total playing balance of ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total playing balance of ৳26,000 (bonus capped at ৳8,000).

This bonus offer can be claimed only once per member.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Note that the wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposited funds.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Playing certain games or game categories with bonus funds may be restricted.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit for earning the bonus. If not met within the given period, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bdgl reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse or systematic loss play.
• One bonus cannot be combined with another at the same time, unless explicitly stated.
• bdgl reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program's terms at any time.

4.4 VIP Program Terms

bdgl's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback rate details:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each cashback payment is subject to its own terms.

5.1 Fair Play Assurance

bdgl believes in fair play. All games on the platform are operated with verified and audited software. Games from leading providers are available, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Betting decisions are entirely the member's own responsibility. bdgl does not guarantee any outcome.

6.1 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Coordinated activity to abuse the bonus system (bonus arbitrage).
• Playing or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Harassing or acting abusively toward other members.
• Providing false or misleading information.

6.2 Fraud Detection

bdgl actively monitors for fraud and suspicious activity. If an unusual pattern is detected, the account may be suspended immediately and an investigation will be initiated. In confirmed cases of fraud, all funds will be forfeited.

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

10.1 Service Availability

12.3 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. One provision becoming unenforceable will not void the entire agreement.
